Shipping & Handling

Our goal is to ship orders within 1 business day from the time we receive them. Customizations on Card Carrying Old Lutheran Cards & Signed Portraits can take up to 3 days to leave our warehouse. Customized T-shirts take up to 2 weeks to leave our warehouse.

Standard Shipping
We use a variety of carriers for Standard Shipping. Orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day. If you select Standard Shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 days. When possible, you will receive an email with a package tracking number (if you provide us with a valid email address).

Expedited Shipping
If you select one of our expedited shipping options (UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air), your order will leave our warehouse the next business day and you should receive your order within the time you paid for. You will be emailed a tracking number (if you provide us a valid email address). Expedited shipping orders go to the front of our order fulfillment line. Next Day Air orders received before 12:00 p.m. Central Time will ship the same day.

*If you wish to have an order delivered to a PO Box, your order can only be shipped via the US Postal Service. If you choose a UPS shipping option and enter a PO Box as the delivery address, we reserve the right to ship your package with USPS.


Free Shipping
Applies to orders over $75 and shipments within the 50 United States only. Orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days. You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 days. This offer cannot be combined with other offers or applied to a previous purchase. Free shipping is not applicable to wholesale customers.

Where do we ship?
We ship to all 50 United States and Canada. We will ship to APO and FPO addresses and other countries if possible, but we ask that you contact us before placing your order to work out the details.

Returns & Exchanges

What if I want to return something?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you made at Old Lutheran, we will happily issue a replacement, refund or credit to your account. All unwanted items must be returned within 30 days of your purchase date to receive a full credit to your account. If you return something after 30 days of your purchase date, you will be issued store credit toward a future purchase.

*All returned products must be in re-saleable condition upon their return or credit will not be issued.

What if I need to exchange something for a different size?
The best thing you can do is contact us via email and let us know you are returning the product and what you would like in its place. Please reference the order number on your original invoice so we have an easier time servicing your exchange request. Also, please enclose the order number on the package you send the product back to us in.

What if I bought an Old Lutheran product at an event or retail store, can I return it to Old Lutheran?
Because we have already discounted the product for the retailer, Old Lutheran cannot accept returns on products purchased at events or retail outlets. You should contact the place you purchased the item to negotiate returns and/or exchanges.

How do I cancel or change an order?
If you need to cancel or change an order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to honor your request, but please be aware that our order fulfillment process is set up to work as efficiently as possible and your order may already be on its way to you.

Tips on placing a successful order with Old Lutheran.
Double-check the following:
  1. Have you entered the correct 3 digit CVV2 Code?
  2. Does the Bill To address match the address on your credit card statement?
  3. Does the Bill To Zip code match the zip code on your credit card statement?
What is the Card Verification Code and why do we need it?
Also known as CVV2 or CVC2, it is a three-digit number imprinted on the signature panel of Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards to help internet merchants verify that the customer has a legitimate card in hand at the time of the order. Old Lutheran asks our customers for the CVV2 code and then our secure server sends it to the card Issuer as part of the authorization request. The card Issuer checks the CVV2 code to determine its validity, then sends a CVV2 result back to Old Lutheran along with the authorization. CVV2 is required on all Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. You must enter this 3-digit code in the CVV2 field during checkout in order to create a successful transaction.

Am I required to place my order online?
No, we accept mail, phone or fax orders as well as online orders. Please see our contact info at the bottom of this page to mail, phone or fax your order.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.

Can you bill my church?
Please contact us at the number below and we will setup an account for your church.
